I am very interested in joining an organization such as Retail USA. During my online research, I was very excited to learn about the current opening for a customer service manager, and feel my qualifications and your requirements are a good match. For your review, I have attached my resume for your consideration.
I bring with me eleven years of broad experience that includes eight years of dedication with ABC Clothing Company overseeing three regional stores.
In this capacity, a large part of my work focused on vendor sourcing, selection, budget control, program development, and implementation of personnel management and cost-reduction. Under my direction, the stores ran efficiently and sustained profitably.

As there is much to convey, I have outlined below my core areas of competencies to illustrate what I would bring to the position and your organization:

A drive to ensure customer service excellence by way of special offerings and expedited problem resolution coupled with courtesy “appreciation” incentives.
