As a top-flight executive assistant for retail and wholesale organizations, I offer a diverse background across broad areas of office management. Of course, my admin skills include cornerstone responsibilities such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling departmental budget and general accounting activities – but my exposure to the worlds of retail and wholesales industries is quite unique.


In my current position reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Fuzzy Booties and Hats, a specialty designer and manufacturer of faux fur and angora winter wear for infants and toddlers, I am directly involved in tracking production dates, verifying inventory, product replenishment, and pricing, as well as assisting with sourcing.


Combined with my earlier background of six years working in the back offices of Morley & Jefferson Department Stores, I fit right in with the team as the primary contact for production, vendors, designers, and anyone else involved in day-to-day the business operations. Without me, one hand wouldn’t know what the other was doing!
