I offer highly qualified experience as an administrative assistant and coordinator of high profile special events that take my boss around the country. This is in addition to managing the travel plans of senior-level executives.

The crux of my job involves researching and booking hotels for conferences and seminars and organizing broad details from schedules and menu planning to audiovisual requirements.

My experience has required me to travel extensively to assist with marketing initiatives, build relationships and approve venues for special events.

At this time I am seeking to provide support to a CEO that will require less travel and make optimal use of my strong administrative and departmental management skills. I am adept at managing workflow efficiencies and resolving  problems and am exceptional at compiling data and maintaining accurate and detailed records.

Moreover, I am a self-starter who takes the initiative to learn new skills and rapidly assimilates to new situations. As such, I am open to new challenges and work environment where I can learn more while bringing to the position strong skills sets, work ethic, and enthusiasm.
